Richard Mudariki
Information
Born 1985 in Zimbabwe, I am a full time, professional visual artist who lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa. Studied under the mentorship of renowned artist/painter Helen Leiros and Greg Shaw for over 5 years in a private studio. My work is original modernist paintings full of social commentary on various contemporary issues in Africa and beyond. My work is represented by Johans Borman Fine Art (Cape Town) and ARTCO Galerie (Germany). Have participated in various major exhibitions and art fairs in South Africa, New York, Germany, London and Zimbabwe. I hold a Hon. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Archaeology, Cultural Heritage and Museum Studies.
